collaborative map maker
One map. Everyone's places on it.
Can't Miss is a collaborative map maker with one rule: contributing should take under 30 seconds. Anyone with your link adds a place from their browser - no account, no editor access, no install - and every pin shows who swears by it.
01
Make the map
Name it for the trip, the city or the crew. Paste videos to fill it fast, or start empty.
02
Send one link
Drop it in the group chat. Every friend adds places from their browser with just a first name.
03
Vote, then go
Everyone marks yes, maybe or no on each place. The shortlist writes itself and the map is ready when you land.
What this is not
Not a GIS tool
No layers, routes, shapes or spreadsheet imports. If you need to draw pipeline surveys, use Google My Maps - it is genuinely good at that.
Not an all-in-one trip planner
Can't Miss does places and voting. It does not book flights, split budgets or schedule your days.
Not another account to manage
Contributors never sign up. The map owner claims the map with an email link when they want to edit or close it.
See a real one - Jason's Japan 2026, six places the group actually vouches for.

Do contributors need a Google account or any account?
No. That is the whole point. Anyone with the link adds a place from their browser with just a first name - no Google account, no editor access, no app.
How is this different from a shared Google Map?
Every pin shows who added it, guests contribute without any account or editor setup, and the group votes yes, maybe or no on each place.
Can I remove a place someone added?
Yes. The map owner can edit or remove any place. Everyone else just adds and votes.
Who can see our map?
Only people you send the link to. Maps are private by default; there is no public directory.
What does it cost?
Your first map is free, including 10 video scans. Pro is $44.99 a year for unlimited maps and scans.
One free map, 10 free video scans. No signup to try.
